The headline says it all. This will be a day long remembered — the day Josh went Mac and never looked back.

After years of working with Windows, Apple Macs have finally met the specifications of yours truly. Actually, they met my specifications once Apple put Intel chips in them, but since new computers cost a little bit, I’ve been saving up.

Here’s what I got:
Apple iMac Desktop with 24″ Display MA878LL/A (2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 1 GB RAM, 320 GB Hard Drive, SuperDrive)

I’m really excited about this computer. I like Macs for their elegance, simplicity, but also for the UNIX foundation that the operating system is built upon. Also, if I want to run Windows, I can, via emulation or dual-boot.

If none of that made sense, don’t worry. Just know that Macs are awesome and well worth the money. Mine should be showing up in a couple of days. I bet you can’t wait for the pictures!
